Confidentiality is absolute. What's said in The Boardroom stays here.
Maximum 2 missed sessions per quarter. 3+ in a year and you lose your seat.
Webcam on. No phones. No driving. No multitasking.
You bring your real numbers. Pillar scores aren't a brag list — they're the truth.
No fixing. No rescuing. We ask questions. We tell the truth. We don't perform.
Contribution-first. You are not in this room to extract. You are here to sharpen and be sharpened.

Once Per Year

THE ANNUAL RETREAT.

Once per year, members of The Boardroom gather in person — the day before the public ProActivators Summit.

It's a private, full-day intensive: deep-work sessions, 1:1 time with Gabriel, and a final commitment ceremony to close out the year. Then the Summit doors open and you walk into the public event already aligned, already accountable, already ready to lead.

Your Summit ticket is included with your membership. So is VIP seating.
