THE EXECUTIVE MINDSET WORKSHOP.

A 4-Hour Reset For Leaders, Sales Reps, And Anyone Tired Of Operating Below Their Capacity.

Four hours. Your team walks in operating on autopilot. They walk out with a framework they didn't have when they arrived — and the discipline architecture to use it Monday morning. Originally built and delivered inside ChargePros for sales reps, technicians, and managers. Now available to your organization.

THREE PEOPLE. EVERY ROOM.

THE SALES REP
The drift on your team looks like Q3 — urgent but not important. Endless emails, "quick" coworker questions, calls that don't move pipeline. They're busy. They're not productive. After this workshop, they leave with the clarity to know which 2 hours of their day actually generate revenue — and the discipline to protect them.
THE MANAGER
Most managers are the busiest firefighters in the building. Their calendars are 80% Q1 (urgent crises) and 0% Q2 (the planning, training, and team development that prevents the crises). This workshop gives them the audit and the architecture to flip that ratio — without working more hours.
THE SENIOR LEADER
Plateau is the silent killer of senior careers. After the climb stops, the drift starts — respectable, well-compensated, hollow. This workshop gives executives a confrontation with their own keystone habits and the framework to break the plateau, in their work AND their life.

FOUR HOURS. ONE RESET.

Hour 01

MASTERING YOUR TIME

We open with the Quadrant of Time Management — but not the one you've seen on a corporate poster. Each of your team members audits their actual week against Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. They see, in numbers, where their hours are going. The illusion of busy gets dismantled in real time.

Deliverables
  • Personal Quadrant Audit completed in-room
  • Identification of each person's top 3 Q3 / Q4 time leaks
  • A Q2 protection plan — the one calendar block they will defend starting Monday
Hour 02

THE PARADIGM SHIFT

I show your team something they think they're seeing — and prove they're seeing it wrong. The "Old Lady or Young Woman?" perception illusion becomes the doorway into the deeper truth: most performance problems aren't skill problems. They're paradigm problems. We then walk through the 7 mindset shifts that produce a growth-oriented operator, calibrated for your team's actual roles.

Deliverables
  • The 7-Habit Doctrine Card — a one-page reference each person carries afterward
  • Personal commitment to the ONE mindset shift that's costing them most
  • Group dialogue exercise on win-win problem solving
Hour 03

THE HABIT LOOP

Drawing on Charles Duhigg's research, we expose the architecture of every habit your team has — Cue, Craving, Routine, Reward. Then we identify the keystone habits: the foundational behaviors that change everything else. Each person identifies their negative keystone (procrastination, distraction, snoozing, scrolling) AND the positive keystone they're going to install in its place.

Deliverables
  • Personal Keystone Habit map — current negative AND target positive
  • The Cue/Routine/Reward redesign for one specific habit per person
  • A 30-day habit installation plan with daily check-in protocol
Hour 04

THE MASTERMIND ROUND

This is where mindset becomes accountability. The room breaks into mastermind tables — 5 people per circle. Each person gets 10 minutes to surface the area of their life that's drifting hardest right now (2–3 minutes to share), then the table responds with questions, perspective, and direct counsel (7–8 minutes). No advice-giving until you ask the right questions. No phones. No fixing. Just the truth told to you by 4 people who don't owe you anything except honesty. The hour closes with the 10-year compound graph, the question I asked myself in a Miami apartment 22 years ago — "Are you willing to endure the pain to make the change?" — and a signed personal commitment partnered to one tablemate for the next 30 days.

Deliverables
  • Live mastermind round — every person speaks, every person is heard
  • The 10-year compound graph — what 5% per year of focused execution actually produces
  • The 30-Day ProActivator Commitment (signed, dated, partnered)
  • An accountability pairing established in-room with weekly check-in cadence

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH.

BUILT INSIDE A REAL OPERATING COMPANY.

I built this workshop inside the company I lead sales and marketing for — ChargePros, an EV charger installation business.

We rolled it out to our installers, sales reps, and project managers. The technicians who came in skeptical left with their first habit architecture. The sales reps stopped confusing busy with productive. The managers cut Q1 firefighting and rebuilt their calendars around Q2.

This workshop was forged inside a real operating company — not a leadership-coaching brochure. It works because it had to.

WHY IT WORKS.

IDENTITY BEFORE BEHAVIOR
Most workshops try to change what people DO. We change who they ARE. Behavior change without identity change is a New Year's resolution. Identity change is permanent.
LAW OVER FEELING
Your team will not feel like executing on Tuesday morning at 7 AM. The law-based operator does it anyway. We install the laws, not the feelings.
THE PILLAR AUDIT
Most people are excellent in one area and bleeding out in another — and don't know it. The Six Pillars give your team a 360° audit no leadership program offers, in any other format.
THE 30-DAY ARCHITECTURE
Workshops without follow-through are entertainment. We don't end at the workshop. We end at Day 30 — when the new habits have either installed or you call us back.

BEFORE YOU ASK.

Will this work for our industry?
Yes. The frameworks are universal — the examples are not. Every workshop includes a discovery call where we customize the case studies, language, and exercises to your team's actual day-to-day. ChargePros got EV charger examples. Your team gets your industry's reality.
What's the right group size?
Sweet spot is 20–30. We've delivered to groups as small as 10 and as large as 50. Above 50, we recommend splitting into cohorts so the in-room exercises and accountability pairings actually work.
Can you deliver this remotely?
Yes. The virtual version uses Zoom with breakout rooms for the partner exercises. Same workbook, same outcomes. Pricing is reduced for virtual delivery (see inquiry).
Is there pre-work for attendees?
A short reading from Unleash The ProActivator (Chapters 1, 4, and 11) is recommended — but not required. Most teams who do the pre-read get noticeably more out of the workshop.
What's the follow-up?
Built into every engagement: Day 7, Day 14, and Day 30 email cadence to every attendee with check-in prompts and reflection exercises.
Do you customize for our team?
Yes. One 60-minute discovery call before delivery. We ask about your current goals, top performance gaps, and the specific roles in the room. The case studies and exercises get retooled accordingly.

LET'S BUILD YOUR TEAM'S RESET.

Tell me about your team. I'll respond within 48 hours with availability, customization options, and next steps. The discovery call comes before any contract — I want to know if this is the right fit for your team before either of us commits.

THE REQUEST IS IN.

I'll respond personally within 48 hours with availability and next steps. If we're a fit, we book a 60-minute discovery call to customize the workshop to your team before any contract.
